Parents: Speak Up to the Administration and Become Part of the Crowd

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "Stratford, Where is the Administration?":

Why is it that more parents don't verbalize their disappointments to the district. I've spoken to principal, superintendent and even board members about my both my concerns and my satisfactions. Either they were doing a good job of pretending I stood alone or they truly have not heard these concerns before. Perhaps it was a little of both. Posting on here to vent frustrations is fine but people shouldn't be so afraid to raise their voices.

  1. Here Here, I wish more parents spoke up instead of griping to each other. There is both safety and power in numbers

  2. Speak up?
That is why this posting board is here beacuse of the ingnorance and incompetence of this school administration. They listen to half of what they hear and the half they hear they ignore. When you do talk to some of the administrators they love to sugar coat everything . As far as safety and power in numbers , that is true . Unfortunately we have far too many parents that ignore board meetings that would inform them as well as giving them a platform to voice their concerns. This does not happen since most of the board meetings that I have attended for the last few years have been mostly empty of parents. We only have ourselves to blame
