PCT Partner?! Since When?

As far as partnering with the PCT, are you just kidding yourself. lf or what. If the PCT wanted to "partner" with residents then they would of not been whining for more money when there are plenty of residents who are out of work, working for less etc. I was recently told of one class in one of the elementary schools that a teacher was telling one of the parents that they recently found out that a majority of the students' parents in his/her class were unemployed. Maybe we should ask those parents about partnering with the PCT
