How about the board just tell the teachers this is what you get. If you do not like it there is the door. one small ad in Newsday and I bet the Board will be flooded with apps from qualified teachers looking for a job

and those teachers would still be subject to the same collectivly agreed upon contract as is in place now. Plainview parents once again come across as sounding uninformed.

ReplyDeleteAn acquaintance wanted to buy a house in Plainview and was ready to bid on a house. She heard about this blog, and now she won't be buying in Plainview. Have you considered what this mess is doing to our real estate values???
