The job market is not what you think it is -
Lots of applicants jobs with few jobs available(like teachers) means that the jobs don't need high pay. Few applicants with lots of job choices (like superintendents) mean inflated salaries

do you want low paid people who would be constantly looking for a higher paying job teaching your children, or do you want professionals who are well educated who bring stability to a school teaching your children?
ReplyDeleteThere is a point where a highly paid professional becomes a bottom feeder that takes advantage of the system. I don't want that person teaching my children.
