Thank you whomever you are.... negotiation is people sitting down and going back and forth. One offers and the other comes back with a different proposal - the Board of Ed has done right! they won't sit down anymore with you because - you are asking for more than they can give - really, after all this, no one should get a penny! I also think that most of the teachers are very unhappy with the situation and are quietly annoyed - but won't dare speak up....how sad.
