Parents Who Speak Up are Troublemakers. (?)

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "Posting on This Blog is Not Enough":

It's been my experience that district officials (superintendents, principals, etc) don't like it when you take things to the board. It threatens them. Many parents are afraid to speak up at board meetings for this very reason. It's unfortunate the administration has an "us" and "them" mentality. "They" are in charge and know best. Anyone who complains is deemed a troublemaker or crazy and their children will be treated accordingly. How do we get anywhere with this line of thinking?
