Be careful with this one. He passes most things back to the building level administrators. The problem with this is that they're not always honest with him about what really goes on. Stratford Road is known for covering up and/or "doctoring" situations to make things appear that the school is doing everything appropriately. This is a known phenomenon.

If that is truly the case then who is realy to blame. The Superintendent is the "CEO" of the district. If he does not know what his employees are doing then who is really to blame. The Super should be aware of the operation of schols that he is in charge of . That is why he gets compensated accordingly
