Ms. Gierasch- Parents, Can Be Helpful

Gierasch is new. She came from Sachem, great place but different in many ways from Plainview, much larger, different population of people. She doesn't realize how she comes off. Yes, she's outspoken and somewhat combative at times in the way she interacts with people. Presumably, she views herself as the "expert" and isn't open to the idea that parental feedback could be more helpful to her than otherwise. That stems more from an inexperienced understanding of her role in the community. Don't sweat it. Others have noticed it too.
